The art of tribal marking can be found across many African cultures, dating far back into African history. For many tribes this ritual is an essential part of who they are, to represent tribal ties, skills, achievements, power, status and beauty.

Much like these markings, Africa leaves its mark on us while we make our journeys through it and experiencing the freedom it offers us in its powerful grand vistas and untouched rural plains. These marks live on as stories that we then carry with us.
We look to take inspiration from these marks to convey the power of this story that we find in Africa.
